Donna Pope

Donna may be the first person a new client communicates with after they meet with Dave or Nichole. She assists new clients with gathering the documents and information needed to open their new case file.

As a Demand Writer for the firm, Donna gathers the case facts, reviews the medical records, billing and reports, and develops the demand by clearly establishing the facts of the case. She maintains close communication with clients to understand the details of their accident, their medical treatment and injuries, and how the injuries and damages sustained by our clients have affected their lives.

Donna received her Paralegal Certification from UC Santa Barbara.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and hunting for antiques.
